Try this salsa with these chicken chipotle tacos the next time you’re craving some spice.
- 2-3 roma tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- Fresh coriander
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- Jalapeños (1-3 depending on your spice tolerance)
- Finely dice tomato, red onion and coriander.
- Mix together in small bowl with lime juice.
- Finely dice and add jalapeños to salsa until you reach desired spice level.
